The yellow trend is back

Hi all...
Baring in mind the weather isn't doing us any justice right now, we've stepped into Spring praying that the blue sky isn't far away. We've stepped into Spring quite literally as we are making a bright bold statement in yellow right now. From homeware to fashion I've seen yellow emerging slowly through the stores while we're waiting (impatiently) for the warm weather to make a return.
Last year was millennial pink, now it's time to make room for yellow as predicted it will be seen everywhere during 2018.
I don't know what there's not to like about the shades of yellow. Personally I do like having something yellow to brighten up my wardrobe and I am already obsessed with the 'mustard yellow' shade. Yellow is associated with happiness & energy. It's the colour that captures our attention and if I remember correctly, this time last year it was definitely warm enough to be sporting something yellow without having to cover up every so often. I think one of my looks for Spring/Summer is most likely a coloured t-shirt, tucked into a classic denim skirt with white pumps (of course I may be rocking a yellow t-shirt) but you have to have something that says you're Summer ready. You will probably notice bright yellow popping up all over your Instagram feed.
The Spring/Summer fashion trend is nothing if it's not bright, bold or beautiful. You pretty much have to have determination to wear something of quite a few shades. Maybe it isn't everyones taste, vibrant lemon tones can be daunting. I reckon the first worry is about skin and hair colour but really you just have to try on different shades to find the right one for you. I have blonde hair so I probably would have to ask other people's opinion first so I don't look like a mess walking down the street.
