Hi all...
It's been a productive day working with fragrances & who knows it best than the Experimental Perfume Club. Today we had a taster session of learning about the materials and formulas of fragrance before we actually got to blend a few of our favourite scents into our own perfume bottle, exciting right? As we are studying fragrance this term, it's great to actually visualise scents and create our very own perfume from understanding scent accords led by an experienced perfumer.
Perhaps you need to know a little something about the perfume club first. The Experimental Perfume Club is London's first open access studio specialising in bespoke fragrance design for brands and Individuals. Open to basically anyone who perhaps loves fragrances or not, they provide the knowledge and material of perfumery. This offers you the opportunity to learn about perfumery and create your own scent. It's a one in a kind experience layering, combining scents and fragrance blending.
How it works. You'll be placed in a group of just a few or so people all gathering round a workbench where you'll get an masterclass in the knowledge and formula of fragrance using the industry based techniques showing you how to blend scents into your own personalised fragrance into your 12ml bottle which you'll get to take home at the end of the day.
